Ford Zooms in on First Book Program

We were excited Wednesday, Nov. 3 to participate in a Virtual Reading Party with Elena Ford and children's book author Stacy MacAnulty. Kids and teachers in K-4 th grade classrooms ZOOMED in from Dallas, Houston, Phoenix & Kansas City to read "Sun! One in a Billion" with the author. The Ford Fund and First Book Marketplace have funds for much needed books and school supplies to supplement items in the classroom. Each Ford Dealer in these cities got the chance to nominate a school from their neighborhood to participate in the program .
