This bar on Gould St. is a classic gem, complete with wood-paneled walls and light-up beer signs. The place caters to various clientele, so there's sure to be a love match for everyone. But even if you don't come to Lee Harvey's to make a love connection, you can still enjoy a cocktail or food from the extensive menu available every day of the week until late. Try the fish tacos, quesadillas, or jalapeno grilled cheese. If you do meet someone special, cuddle by the outdoor fire pits or challenge them to a game of pool or Ms. Pac-Man.
Happy Hour is Monday through Friday from 3 to 7 p.m. and includes $3 well liquor and domestic beers.
Meet your future ex on the giant patio of this popular and trendy bar and lounge, or bring a date to enjoy the romantic view from the rooftop deck. Happiest Hour has four bars in 12,000 square feet of space, allowing plenty of room for singles to mingle, drink, or dine. The bar offers signature cocktails, wines on tap, and more than 50 types of beer, so get your beer goggles ready. Share snacks with that attractive guy or gal across the table. If you're not sure what to order, try Happiest Hour's famed cauliflower with kung pao sauce.
This establishment couldn't do its name justice without a killer Happy Hour, and Happiest Hour lives up to such a title. Served Monday through Thursday, Happiest Hour's Happy Hour includes $5.00 pint beers, $6 well drinks, $7 wines by the glass, and $7 food specials. It also hosts brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
Twilite is a neighborhood bar in the heart of the Deep Ellum section of Dallas. It screens Saints football, serves an unforgettable Frozen Irish Coffee and a selection of local craft beers, and features live music. Test the depths of your love by bringing a date to karaoke here and see if you still like each other after. Ask someone to dance to your favorite song on the jukebox or hang out on the large patio. If you don't see a patron who catches your eye, you can chat up the bar staff who have won awards for their mad mixology skills.
Another neighborhood bar, Parliament is located in Dallas' Uptown area. It's great for singles who want to meet other singles in a cozy and intimate setting. The fancy cocktail list can help ease the awkwardness of speaking to strangers, and the Moscow mule and old-fashioned are among customer favorites. If you want to save a few bucks on your beverages, come by during Happy Hour, which runs from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays, as well as all day on Monday and anytime it rains. When it's not raining, enjoy your cocktail outside on the patio.
If taxidermy and Tang are your things, you'll love this bar. Single Wide is a low-key, casual type of joint with jackelope decor, boars mounted on the wall, and year-round Christmas lights hanging everywhere. The cocktails are made with Yoo-hoo and Tang, and the Yoo-hoo Yeehaw is a frozen, boozy Yoo-hoo slushy. You can also get a nice cold beer or a mixed drink. If you're not too fancy and looking to meet other down-to-earth folks like yourself, then Single Wide is the ideal singles bar.
Regardless of whether you meet the person of your dreams here, you're sure to have a good time. This bar is "divey and proud" — a self-professed dive bar that's welcoming to everyone. It's known for its Happy Hour, including several frozen cocktail options, which runs from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesdays through Fridays and all day on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays.
The no-frills bar has a bi-level outdoor patio with plenty of seating and a sequined bar. It also has a variety of singles, strong drinks, retro couches and recliners, a pool table, and a basketball court for whatever type of play you're into. Come by for an adventure.
The Midnight Rambler is a posh underground bar and lounge underneath the four-star Joule hotel. If you enjoy sophisticated mixed drinks in the company of mixed clientele, then ramble on in. The vibe here is cultivated cowboy — sophisticated but not stuffy. Just because the drinks are upscale, don't feel like you have to be. There's something for everyone here. You can order the chicken liver mousse or grilled cheese, a Negroni or a can of beer. The Midnight Rambler also has a live DJ at times, so you can dance with someone you just met.
