Planet Ford Dallas's pickup and delivery service is a complimentary offering designed to help drivers get their cars back on the road without interrupting their days. You can take advantage of this service by making an appointment during the service's hours, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Any customers within a 5-mile radius of our dealership can opt for this service, though there may be limited availability, so don't wait to schedule.
While this service is available to everyone, there are a few details to remember. Even though the pickup and delivery service won't cost you anything, you'll still need to pay for the repairs and any parts the team needs to use for them. We have plenty of special offers and coupons related to service, so you'll still get a great deal on your appointment. If you need a loaner vehicle during this time, you can ask our team directly to see if there's an option for you.
This service isn't available for vehicles that aren't operational, meaning you can't call for our pickup and delivery service if you need roadside assistance after a collision or if your car won't start at home. Then, tap the "Book Service" icon to open the Ford Agenda website. From here, you can tap "Pickup and Delivery" and hit "OK" when the site prompts you for your location. After you select your dealership, you can choose the date and time of your service, so you can rest assured that you'll find an appointment that fits your schedule. A pop-up may appear after you choose your time and date, so once you hit "OK" and tap "Continue," you can choose the specific package you want your car to receive. The first choice will be for maintenance, so if your vehicle needs something other than that, you can click on "I don't want to perform maintenance."
Once you finish the maintenance window, tap "Continue" to navigate to the other options page. This is where you can choose the exact services you want. The pickup and delivery option shows as a service package, and it'll show up on your booking, but you won't be charged for it.
You can pick your preferred contact method once you've chosen the maintenance or service you want. There are options to receive text messages, emails, or notifications directly from the FordPass app. After this, the Booking Overview page will open, and you can secure your appointment by tapping on the button that says, "Finish Booking."
You'll know you've successfully made your appointment when the Booking Success screen pops up. You'll also get an ID code to reference if you have questions about your booking or need to change it. This page also allows you to add your service to your calendar automatically, so you'll remember exactly when a professional will arrive to pick up your vehicle.
