With 16 different types of burger options on the menu and the ability to customize a burger with your choice of ground beef, turkey, chicken, an Impossible patty, or a black bean patty, it's easy to see why Rodeo Goat has long been one of the most popular places to grab a burger in Dallas. All of the patties at this burger joint are ground and formed by hand, so you know every bite will be juicy and packed with flavor.
Tex-Mex lovers will definitely want to order the Chaca Oaxaca. This beef and chorizo patty comes topped with pico de gallo, queso fresco, an avocado spread, a fried egg, and Tabasco mayonnaise. If you have a little bit of a sweet tooth, the Sugar Burger will satisfy it. This burger comes with grilled peaches, candied bacon, caramelized onions, jalapeno jam, and arugula. Blues Burgers is a counter-serve restaurant in Dallas' Medical District that serves up both classic and unique burgers. One of the most popular options at the restaurant is the HMF. Easy Slider opened in 2011 as Dallas' first gourmet slider food truck. The concept became so popular the owners were able to open an accompanying brick-and-mortar restaurant in Deep Ellum in 2017. This gourmet restaurant in East Dallas offers fresh, healthy, and delicious food with a quick delivery time. Owner Chef Airric Heidelberg has put together a menu of quality food that's full of flavor and uses the best local and organic ingredients.
One of the most popular items on the menu is the unique Berry Good Burger. This burger comes with a marinated halal beef patty stuffed with homemade strawberry jam and goat cheese. It's then topped with fresh basil, roasted salted strawberries, and sea salt. Another popular option is the Notorious. It has a marinated halal beef patty stuffed with jalapenos, caramelized onions, and mozzarella and topped with a seared basil leaf.
If you decide to order the OK...FINE! burger, you'll enjoy two halal beef patties topped with fried onions and jack cheese and served on a buttery brioche bun. Kevin and Jenny Galvan opened Haystack Burgers & Barley in Richardson in 2013 because they wanted to create a restaurant that served unforgettable food and was a special part of the community. The restaurant became so popular they were soon able to open other locations throughout the Dallas area. Haystack Burgers & Barley is known for its big, juicy, messy burgers.
One of the most popular burgers on the menu is the original Haystack Burger, which includes haystack onions, applewood-smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, barbecue sauce, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Cheese lovers will find something that hits the spot when they order El Tres. This delicious burger is topped with cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and a side of three pepper ranch dressing.
If you're in the mood for something spicy, order the Escabeche Burger, which comes with applewood-smoked bacon, jalapeno escabeche, pepper jack cheese, chipotle mayonnaise, and haystack onions.
