There is nothing quite as satisfying as when our team members perfectly execute a customer interaction and that action helps resolve a problem related to the customer’s automobile and it motivates the customer to write a letter of appreciation. Here are two letters we received in the past few days that demonstrate what we strive to do each day with each one of our customers – whether they know us well or whether they are just getting to know us. Thank you to Jake Enright and Ben Scott who go the extra mile, a lot.
A massive “Thank you” to you both and to the Dealership. I came home from work on Saturday night and had both a phone message and an E mail from my daughter, Bonny, waiting for me. She is a very proud new owner of an (Ford) Escape. Jake, you were, once again, terrific. She said that she enjoyed the negotiation process with you...(that’s a heck of a thing to say about the car buying process.)
More importantly, from my standpoint, you did the absolutely right thing for Bonny: you both solved her transportation problem and also satisfied her aspirations for an attractive, sporty vehicle. I’m delighted that she has an SE; the white color is what I would have chosen for her as is the stone interior. The price was terrific and so too was the financing package. I am sure that you have a new, loyal customer who will also be an advocate for the dealership. Well done! And please accept my sincerest thank you for the dignified and forthright way you handled this transaction.

I hope that you had a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday ~ I just ran across your email today (11-27-2016) and would like to send you my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to you for getting my car up and running when I was in Dallas, TX on November 5, 2016. You were quick to respond to my SOS when my car battery went out and you made me feel that although I was from Houston, TX and had just had my car serviced at Bayway Lincoln just two days before I drove my car to Dallas that you could find the problem and fix it. What really blew my mind was that you had your men to not only wash my car but vacuum it as well. I was blown away with the first class service and professionalism that your staff showed me while my car was being service at Park Cities Ford Lincoln in my hometown Dallas, TX. This makes me want to move back home. I will make it a point to drop my and say hello to you whenever I come back to Dallas.
